their dreams coming true - & i'm off to costa rica

the most majorly wonderful thing about surviving cancer three years and counting is being able to watch my sons grow into men and achieve their dreams. they have both worked long and hard for what is now happening to them, and their dreams are coming true.

my son james is celebrating the fact that the wonderful documentary which he produced, Let Fury Have the Hour, is being featured at the Tribeca Film Festival 2012, and is among the top ten! he's in NYC attending the Tribeca events this month. i am so very, very proud of him!

my son matt has been in love with costa rica for many years. he is an incredible genius when it comes to computers and data architecture, and is able to work remotely from anywhere in the world. so his dream is coming true and he and his wife, molly, and their dog, dave, are moving to costa rica. matt is already there, and molly and dave will join him in august. muy bueno, mi hijo!!!!!! so happy for them!!

i am so very grateful that i have lived this long, to see this joy for our family.

i've been studying spanish and i'm off to costa rica to visit matt, check out the expat communities, and enjoy nicoya peninsula ... and live there part of the winter!
